Hello Thank you for choosing Queens Of Clean Cola for your cleaning needs. Please provide us  with your name, address & telephone number. If your home requires a gate,door code or parking instructions please include.

***IF WE DON’T RECIEVE THIS INFORMATION & DEPOSIT YOU ARE NOT BOOKED.

BOOKING FEE & CANCELLATIONS

A non refundable $25 booking fee is required to book appointment. (Fee is deducted from payment) Booking fee will apply for each cleaning. If appointment is cancelled 48 hrs in advance booking fee will be used towards your next cleaning. If travel fee applies it must be paid upfront with deposit. If cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter the property a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

If you must cancel the day of please CALL and inform us. Only discuss payments with/around the owners Jazmine & Cookie not our employees.

LATE FEES

If customer is more than 10 minutes late a $15 late fee will be added to bill.

SUPPLIES

Will we need to bring supplies, vacuum, mop or broom? There is no extra charge if we bring supplies. If you prefer to have us use your supplies, vacuum, broom & mop please let us know and have them out for us upon arrival.

*Please inform us of any extra rooms, laundry rooms, play rooms, offices, FROG ect.

*Please inform us if there is any unsafe conditions or broken items in your home.

*If you need to change the time of your cleaning or type of cleaning please do so prior to the day of.
 
****Please inform us if you do not want us to take before and after pictures. *Clients will not be tagged or named . For promotional purposes only.

***Green Cleaning options available upon request.

***A travel fee will be added for locations more than 15 miles away.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning please let us know within 24hrs and we will come back free of charge. Client must be home to approve.

All children MUST be supervised & pets put  away while cleaning is in progress.

We require adequate heating/cooling/lighting & water to insure we are able to perform at our highest capacities.

****We Do not lift or move heavy items.
****If any extra cleaning that was not discussed is needed will be added to total bill.
